Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (support@patch-please.de) by means of a clear statement (email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose. You will receive the return address after you have sent us the completed model withdrawal form by email. Please note that if you refuse to accept your ordered products, you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. This fee is €10.00 for all orders. Alternatively, you can accept the goods and send them directly to our returns center — in that case, no return shipping fee will be charged (only the standard shipping costs for the return shipment). Our returns center is located at the following address: H020, 3/F, Phase 2, Kwai Shing Industrial Building, 42–46 Tai Lin Pai Road.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
A withdrawal immediately after placing an order is not possible, as our logistics center ships the order within a few hours of purchase. You only have the right to withdraw from the order once the goods have arrived.
Furthermore, no refund will be issued if the goods are not accepted! The goods must be properly accepted and returned to the return address provided by us within 14 days so that we can refund the full purchase price.
Additionally, you do not have the right to return products that you have soiled or used. You have the right to test and inspect our products for 14 days after receiving the goods. However, you may not damage or improperly use the patches and then return them to us. We would no longer be able to resell them to a new customer and would have to dispose of the products! If we nevertheless receive products showing signs of use, you will not receive a refund.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
All return shipments must be sent via a trackable and insured shipping method. You are required to provide us with a valid tracking number as proof of return shipment. Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected at our returns center.
You only need to pay for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We do not bear the costs of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
